PAYMENT

Must be full payment upfront before I start working on your commission.
Non-refundable, unless I am unable to complete the commission. Payments are processed via PayPal.An invoice will be provided once the commission details are finalized.

COMMISSION PROCESS

Once payment is received, I will begin on your commission based on the position of your slot. Even if payment is received, be aware that other clients may be ahead of you.Please send any references and details needed for the commission.
Minor revisions are allowed during the WIP process, while excessive changes may have additional fees.

LIMITS

I reserve the right to decline commissions that includes:
Offensive/Hate Content, Mecha (complex machinery/robots), content involving minors.Anything I find uncomfortable.

COMMUNICATION

All discussions will take place on X/Twitter, handles are named MedlowDown and AbyssDownLow ( Abysslow are for people interested with NSFW).Do not simply say “Hi” if you intend to request for a commission.Please be clear with your requests. It is also encouraged to remind any important details missed.

TIME OF COMPLETION

I cannot guarantee a set completion time (such as a week per client) due to my current obligations and commitments.Estimated time of completion depends on how complex a piece is.
I will provide updates.

REFUND/CANCELLATION

If I was unable to complete a commission for any reason, a full refund shall occur. No refunds will be made once I start the commission unless there are special circumstances.

USAGE AND RIGHTS

You may not claim my work as your own or use it for commercial purposes (selling prints, merchandise, NFTs, etc.) unless discussed and agreed upon.I have rights to the artwork, including the right to post in social media. Please inform me if you want the commission to be private.Absolutely off limits to use my artwork in AI Training, machine learning, or any AI generation tools.
